Every piece is sent tracked, signed-for, and insured for what it's worth; here's how delivery works.

How we ship

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed — next working day, tracked, and insured to a level that matches the value of your piece. A signature is required on delivery.

Delivery area

We currently ship within the UK only. 

Cost

The Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed starts from £9.45.

Timeline

For made-to-order pieces, delivery time comes after your production time — see our Pre-Order Policy for the current estimate. Once dispatched, Royal Mail Special Delivery arrives the next working day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
If your delivery is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged
Contact us straight away at team@casadaurada.com because everything is sent insured, we'll sort a replacement or refund without you needing to chase Royal Mail yourself.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout ,we're not able to redirect a Special Delivery parcel once it's dispatched.
